What we collect, and why.
When you use the form, we collect your name, your company name, your e-mail address, where applicable your website address, and the message you write. This data is used solely to study your request and reply to it. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (art. 6.1.f).
- RecipientsThe people at Excelor in charge of handling your request. Your data is neither sold, rented nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
- ProcessorsSite hosting: OVH (France). E-mail: our professional mailboxes, one of which is hosted by Google (Gmail) under its GDPR commitments. No marketing tool or third-party CRM is fed automatically.
- RetentionAs long as needed to handle your request, then at most three years after the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship follows.
- Technical dataThe IP address and time of sending are attached to the message to prevent abuse (anti-spam), and kept with it.
Cookies and analytics
No trackers.
This site sets no advertising cookie, no third-party analytics cookie and loads no external script. Should analytics be added, it would be configured without collecting personal data or subject to your prior consent, and this page would be updated.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to us through the website form stating your request. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux — cnpd.lu.
Security
Data protection.
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, with strict security headers (content security policy, HSTS). The form is protected against automated submissions and rate-limited. Data is not stored in any database on the site: it travels by e-mail to our professional mailboxes, protected by strong authentication.
