How much does it cost?
An annual retainer, according to the platform and the criticality of your site, with a response time defined in the contract. The initial audit is priced separately.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes, after an initial audit that lets us know the site, its risks and its state. We tell you frankly whether it is maintainable as is or first needs fixes.
What is the difference with the host's maintenance?
The host maintains the server. We maintain your site: its updates, its application security, its tested backups, its functional monitoring. Two distinct levels, both necessary.
What happens in case of hacking?
Restoration from a clean backup, identification of the vulnerability, fix, hardening, and a report. The procedure is set in the contract; our job is mostly to make sure it is never needed.
Is it a long commitment?
An annual, renewable contract, with a monthly report. You see every month what was done — and you remain owner of everything, access included.
